About me
Hey there, I'm David aka Zyph. When I'm not being a dragon on the internet I write software, wrangle browsers into displaying overly intricate content and reverse engineer my way into uncooperative code.
For 20 years I've been toying with computers, always curious how things work and exploring problems and their solutions by building related software projects. This leads me down all kinds of fun and interesting rabbit holes and on occasion this intersects with a semi-practical problem to solve and a resulting project.
Stuff I've made, done, participated or otherwise contributed to:
- Live train map for the netherlands (desktop only)
- Live traffic displays for the netherlands
- Advent of Code 2021 (Go, all 50 stars, <1 second)
- A subway train simulator in Gmod
- A websocket implementation for Gmod
- Various minor tools and game mods
- Various professional Meteor.js projects
- Way too many unfinished experimental exploratory projects relating to WebRTC, VOIP telephony, binary analysis, WASM, cryptography, shaders and more, likely train related projects.
